In 2018, Dr. Bo Sramek partnered with Lam to incorporate Sramek BioDynamics Inc. which focus on developing smart medical devices for modern healthcare application.
Founder and Group Chairman
Bo in the early part of his professional life, he was involved with advanced research of computer systems in Czechoslovak Academy of Science and computer companies in USA with his in-depth education in electrical engineering and computer science. He later focused on biomedical engineering study. He invented the patented TEBCO technology and brought it into the medical mainstream. With his wife, he incorporated a biotech company BoMed MM Ltd. In 1980 and took it to public on NASDAQ – BOMD in 1983. The company was renamed as CardioDynamics International Corporation (CDIC) in 1992.
After obtaining his Ph. D in Bionics in 1991, he became the Visiting Professor at Czech Technical University in Prague and lectured at universities and medical conferences all over the world. Bo is also a leading editor of many books and publications related to hemodynamic management. He founded the International Hemodynamics Society in 1994 to promote modern hemodynamic management and became its Chairman.
In 2018, Dr. Bo partnered with Lam to incorporate Sramek BioDynamics Inc. which focus on developing smart medical devices for modern healthcare application. Dr. Bo serves as the Group Chairman by the board of directors.
To honor Bo’s contribution and legacy in inventing TEB, Lam named the Company as “Sramek BioDynamics Inc.” by using his family name.
Co-Founder and Group CEO
Lam as an innovative thinker with broad‐based expertise in operation, information technology and business development, he proved his ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow from the bottom‐line. He was a high‐integrity, energetic leader known for ability to envision and create successful outcomes in complex situations. From 1998 to 2006, he was worked as CEO of 2 subsidiaries units of listed companies in both UK and Taiwan, namely EnterpriseAsia plc. (LSX-EPAI) and Abit Computer plc. (TSEC-2407). From 2008 to 2018, he successfully led a France branded medical service company LAAAF to expand progressively in China and later sold to a pre-IPO Shenzhen Company in China.
In 2018, Lam as the leading investor, acquired intellectual properties (IPs) from Dr. Sramek. In order to honor Bo’s contribution and legacy in inventing TEB, Lam named the Company as “Sramek BioDynamics Inc.”, by using Bo’s family name.

Executive Director || US Operation
Alexandre Wong worked with Toney Lam in related healthcare business since 2004. Before that he worked on financial institution in United States. He was the chief executive of the Concord Health Inc. from 2005 to 2016. Due to his in-depth financial knowledge, he was appointed to be visiting professor for the Beijing Centre in China PRC.
With his profound connection in medical institutions in United States, he was appointed as the Executive Director of Sramek BioDynamics Inc, and Chief Executive of Sramek MarComm Inc. which is responsible for crowdfunding project for Sramek’s products. Alex was proved as highly effective and good caliber executive from previous achievement, and he may definitely contribute a lot for the company.

Non-Executive Director
Jonathan has over 30 years of partnership level in Private Equity investments from Angel Investments, VC and PE to M&A transactions. Regions covered from USA, Europe and Asia. He graduated from University of Bradford with master’s degree and postgraduate diploma. He has successfully leaded lots of projects from startup to pre-IPO stage.
Currently, he is the Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and also the Project Director & Head of Entrepreneurship in The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
From 2012 to 2018, he was appointed as the Admission Panelist Member of the Technology Business Incubation Programmes for the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks.
Jonathan joined Sramek recently in 2018, with his profound executive experience and strong business network in investment. He knows well with investment leaders and owners in healthcare related industry. He can lubricate the company to expand and grow. Besides, Jonathan also acts an important committee member and business advisor in the Advisory Committee.

IT Head || CN Operation
Adva is accountable for IT strategy and long-term ICT planning for the company. In addition to support the IT servces, he also focuses on various IT development activities and IOT design.
Adva worked with Toney for more than 10 years and he handled many IT projects with remarkable outcome. He was appointed as the IT head of China Unit for Sramek BioDynamics Inc. From patients’ data, device’s architecture and cloud computing system, Adva will contribute his expertise in helping the company to become a leading online healthcare company.
The trend is clear. Digitize everything and collect data. Sramek has embarked a major milestone in the digital transformation roadmap with world leading manufacturing network.
Chief Technology Officer || US Operation
Miloslav is responsible for IT infrastructure and electronic engineering for the company. He also work closely with major manufacturers in both Hong Kong and China. He is the key man in the company for developing next generation of artificial intelligence software for Sramek's products. Miloslav had worked with Dr. Bo Sramek for more than 14 years, especially on the HOTMAN System development, from prototype to finalized products. He made big contribution for the company in the past.
Before joining the company, Miloslav has a Master's Degree in Cybernetics, mainly in the field of Cybernetics, Control Engineering and Artifical Intelligence. He also has another Master's Degree in Psycology. He provided hardware and software development of HOTMAN System and putting advanced technology in apply TEB on measuring impedance of human body. He made several medical equipment before like Skin Spectroscopy Measurement Device and Mapping System for Automotive Companies. He will contribute his expertise in helping the company to develop medical software toward Artifical Intelligence.
